We chatted them at the end of March 2021, just as the restrictions for the third lockdown began to ease.
How long have you been in Archway?
We have been in Archway since 2001 and plan to stay here as we love the area.
What do you love about working in Archway?
We moved to Archway for its great location for travel to buildings that we manage in North, North West, West and Central London. There has always been a great community feel and buzz to Holloway Road and over the years we have built great relationships with our neighbouring business owners. We like to look out for each other here and since the regeneration of Archway Centre, it has been great to see many new businesses now entering the area. This in turn has meant more restaurants and shops opening and improving the café culture offering to residents. The great transport links and regeneration of the area make Archway a great hub for residents and business alike.
What services do you offer?
We are a Residential, Leasehold and Freehold Block Management service provider with over 40 years’ worth of experience in managing buildings. We believe that the role of a managing agent is a complex one which requires a professional, experienced approach. It is essential that agents that take care of your building do so with knowledge of landlord and tenant law, building construction, health and safety regulations, extensive accounting and more. We also believe that efficient and effective block management can make a huge difference to those that live in the building and we pride ourselves on getting tasks completed in a timely manner, using professional and qualified contractors and at a competitive price. Our management portfolio consists of a range of prestigious apartment blocks, period conversions and housing developments located in and around North, North West, Central and West London. We usually take on properties that are located close to our premises, so that we can ensure regular building inspections and immediate response in case of emergencies.

Are there any changes to your business that your customer needs to be aware of?
We are currently operating a “visits by appointment only” basis during lockdown restrictions. This will be lifted in accordance with government guidance.
