We offer Yoga, Mindfulness encouraging everyone to move better, breathe better and feel better wherever they find themselves.
Currently it's all online including Accessible Chair Yoga (mondays) for those with mobility limitations, Slow & Easy (Mondays) for beginners or those who like a slowly more detailed instruction, Feisty Flow (Tuesdays) for a more challenging practice and a bit of everything Thursdays and Saturdays. Get to know the neighbours while you get moving.
