Our club rides are fun and friendly and we have a nobody gets left behind policy, regrouping at all hills and turn points.We split into two groups, one goes a little further and a little faster: 35-45 miles (12-14mph) and 40-75 miles (15-17mph).

Meet at Whittington Park, Holloway Road entrance, for an 8.30am depart.

We also have regular Thursday (Nov-March) and Saturday (year round) rides, plus a number of ad hoc rides organised through our online forum: http://islingtoncc.microco.sm

Anyone is welcome to come along and join in as a guest on one of our weekly club rides.

Membership is £25 a year or for £40 you get membership plus the jersey.
